Last updated: January 2026

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the DigiSky WhatsApp platform, APIs, SDKs, and related services (collectively, the "Service"), operated by DigiSky WhatsApp. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Use of the Service

You may use the Service only in compliance with these Terms and all applicable laws, including messaging regulations (such as DLT registration for SMS in India), Meta's WhatsApp Business Policy, and telecom regulatory requirements. You are responsible for obtaining consent from message recipients where required.

2. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your API keys and account credentials, and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

3. Acceptable Use

You may not use the Service to send unsolicited spam, illegal content, or messages that violate the policies of WhatsApp, telecom carriers, or applicable law. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these policies.

4. Billing & Plans

Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. Usage beyond your plan's message allowance is billed at standard per-message rates. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law.

5. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, DigiSky WhatsApp is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service for violation of these Terms. You may cancel your account at any time from your dashboard.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts in Jaipur having exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes.
